Dennis, do you know how Abram Millar [so spelled in all the old records] fits in with your Millers at Paint Lick? My 5th Great grandmother was a witness who helped proved his (Abrahams) will written in 1785, which was contested as to his signature. I don't have his date of death at hand now, but think is was before 1800. The Millers, including the earliest ones, appear in the old Lincoln Co county court orders, deed and probate records (start 1781) before Madison Co was taken out - and much later Garrard was created.
