His only marriage was to Italienerin E. Lackey so he couldn't be the same John. I have an extensive Pollard database and most of the Naylors in Garrard County descend from Absalom Pollard. I could not find your John Naylor in the database. I do have a John L. Naylor, born after 1820, the son of George Naylor and Jane Newcombe. I do not have a marriage for him. Good luck.
