Williams Jewell C. Williams, 80, of Germantown, passed away Friday, March 19, 2004. Jewell was born in Kentucky on Jan. 16, 1924, to the late Nora (Turner) and James B. Watkins. She was a former member of Germantown First Church of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Dorsey C. Williams; her daughter, Teresa Williams; her brother, Edward Watkins; and her sister, Anna Mae Spears. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Larry McIntosh, Linda and Bob Hall and Kim and John Naylor, all of Germantown; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Gary and Steven Williams, both of Middletown, and Brian and Nikki Williams, of Miamisburg; eight grandchildren, Carrie Edmondson, Israel and Amanda McIntosh, Jordan Naylor, Christine Velde, Gary, Jerry and Brooke Williams; nine great-grandchildren, Erica and Tara Edmondson, Nathan, Kyle, Zachary and Christopher Velde, Tyler, Whitney and Caeli Williams; three sisters, Joyce Ellison of Crab Orchard, Ky., Lorraine (James) Ward of Fairborn and Glenna Williams of Middletown; three brothers, Clifford Watkins of Germantown, Kenneth (Wilma) Watkins of Hillsboro and Wayne Watkins (Waveline) of Richmond, Ky. ARRANGEMENTS: Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Dalton Funeral Home in Germantown, where the funeral service will begin at 10 a.m. Wednesday, with Pastor Mark McCain officiating. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. MEMORIALS: If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
