My ggggrandfather bought land in Montgomery County, IN and is listed at time of sale (1830) as being "of Garrard County, KY). The dates/names in the Clouse cemetery in Garrard County lead me to believe that James Clouse (b. 1814) may have been my ggggrandfather (George W.)'s brother. George W. was born 1810, per his tombstone. Any information anyone is willing to share would be appreciated, and I can certainly fill in more details as well.
