This book abstracts the will of Moses Cummin, Will Book A, pg 142 - says that the will names bros and sisters, sons Daniel and Stephens, children Elizabeth Sord, Moses Cummins, Hannah Cummins, Ceala Cummins, Polly, Thomas and Daily Cummins. Exec'rs - sons Daniel and Stephens. Wit. - Susannah Brady, John Williams, Walter Williams, Written 9/15/1803, probated 8/1803. (Note: Dates sound off, possibly reversed, since will is usually written before probate, which is usually after death!)
