I can't seem to locate his parents. He married Angilia Ray (b. 1854 Garrard Co) in about 1877. Their children were Arthur (b 1978), Bertice, Ed, Nora Mae, Vesta Cates, and Mertle. Angilia Ray's parents were Joseph (b.1828) and Barthena Lane (b.1828) Ray. Josepph and Barthena had 16 children according to my records. Debbie [email protected]
