Ross. b. abt. 1819/1825 in Tn. I found out that some of his family was in Madison Co. Ky. and I am trying to find his parents. James named a son which is my GR.Gr.Grandfather John Alexander Ross. b. 1842/43 in Barry Co. Mo. I also have some names such as Anderson used for middle names. I feel that I am getting close to finding them with more info. I have a groupsite at MSN Groupsites called Ross Family Assoc. and found a few ladies there that are searching for them also. I believe we are connected, but just cant make that connection. I believe if we look in Madison Co. Ky. we will find them and other family there. Another lady just joined the group and mentioned that she is searching for some Ross family members that was in Madison Co. and some of them went to Barry Co. Mo. I have also found a Thomas Ross that marr. Hannah Kennedy on Feb. 16,1792 in Madison Co.Ky. Also looking for a Phebe Ross that was born in 1809 in Ky. but dont know where in Ky. possibly in Madison also, but we cant find her. She had a sister who was Lucinda D.Ross, b. 1822 in Mo. These sisters marr. Estes brothers. This just may be our link if you dont mind sharing your info. with me. I will share whatever I have which isnt much, but will try to send what I have. If you would send me any info. you have it will deeply be appreciated so much. Have been looking for my James for 12 yrs. now. I have always wondered if his father had remarried and there were half siblings someplace. I am only hoping that with this Alexander, Polly, and Susan I can come up with my answers. Need Your Help!! Bondsman was Crafford Carlisle. No return date. Bond #1546 was issued Nov. 11, 1823 for the marriage of John Ennis to Elizabeth Casey in Garrard Co. Bondsman was Stephen Casey. Maybe Elizabeth and Nancy were sisters and Stephen was either their father, uncle or brother. Just to think about. Archibald Ennis was also the bondsman for the marriage of John M.
