Just finished entering the fifth Henderson Wheeler in my database. They are: #1: Henderson Wheeler s/o Rev. Benjamin and Susannah "Sukie" [Harris] Wheeler; d.o.b., marriage, etc. unknown. #2: Henderson Wheeler s/o James and Sarah "Sally" [Lowery] Wheeler; m. to Elizabeth Ann Harris on 9-2-1855 in Garrard County, KY. #3: Henderson Wheeler s/o William and Samantha Ann [Hill] Wheeler; m. to Nancy Ellen Long on 2-4-1868 in Madison County, KY. #4: Henderson Wheeler s/o James and Louisa [Warren] Wheeler; d.o.b., marriage, etc. unknown. #5: Henderson Wheeler (parents unknown) m. to Amanda Timberlake on 12-25-1832 in Madison County, KY. My mystery is with #3---another researcher provided mw with the parents names of this Henderson. I have been unable to prove who William's parents were, although there is speculation they may have been John and Mary [Lair] Wheeler. I also wonder if I may have duplicated a Henderson because of a second marriage or the possibility of moving between Garrard and Madison across Paint Lick Creek and showing up on different census' in different decades.
