According to my reading of the image of her death certificate (on Ancestry.com in their section on KY deaths), her maiden name was Juett, her parents were Michael Juett and Susan Shipp, she was widowed, her residence was 306 Shelby, Frankfort, Franklin Co, KY. She was born 31 Oct 1875 (so was age 76) in Owen Co, KY. Immediate cause of death was arterio sclerosis due to hypertension; she also had ____(illegible) epilepsy. Undertaker was Rogers Funeral Home in Frankfort and burial place was Rest Haven Cemetery, Louisville, Jefferson Co, KY. Death recorded in Franklin Co, KY Volume 5, certificate 2306.
