Lon, I've tried emailing from Ancestry to you copies of the images of her death information including the death certificate which lists Cedar Grove, Kentucky for burial, cremation or removal and the date of 6-20-1941. The funeral director was also a Cassity from Stamping Ground, Kentucky. Hope they come through for you.
