    3. Hello Brenda: Here is the information that I have on my relations that are buried in Green Hill Cemetery. I have not yet visited the cemetery to see if they have gravemarkers, but I would guess not since this branch of the family was quite impoverished from what I know. When I am back in KY next spring, I will take a walk through the cemetery to see if I can locate any gravemarkers for them. My information was obtained from viewing the originals of the death certificates that Ancestry.com has recently posted on their site. William Kaze, residence Clinton Street, Frankfort, KY File #24399 White male, divorced, occupation = laborer Died 24 Oct 1935 from Lobar Pneumonia and Influenza; place of death Franklin Co, Frankfort, KY Burial 25 Oct 1935 in Greenhill Cemetery Death cert gives "don't know" in response to birthdate, age, parents names & birthplaces. However, according to his entry in the 1930 US census, his age is given as 52, so he would have been born about 1878. Informant on the death certificate - Mrs. Geo. Kaze (my direct ancestress, Mrs. George Jesse Kaze, born Sarah Elizabeth Parker) Undertaker: Banta Funeral Home, Frankfort, KY Cecil F. Kays Residence 410 Washington Street, Frankfort, KY File #50-26215 Died 18 Dec 1950 from contusion of brain resulting from automobile accident on 15 Dec 1950, 3:20 pm. Burial 21 Dec 1950 Green Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, KY Place of death Peewee Valley Hospital, Peewee Valley, KY (Oldham Co) White male, married, occupation = construction laborer Birthdate 03 Nov 1924 (Note: Ky birth Index on-line lists his birthdate as 03 Oct 1922; discrepancy not yet resolved) Parents: Willie Kays (the William Kaze listed above) and Lucy Harrigan Informant: Mrs. Cecil Kays (I don't know anything else about her; have not yet located their marriage info). Funeral Director: Harrod Brothers, Frankfort, KY. Christopher Columbus Kase Residence: Wilkinson Street, Frankfort, KY File #51-23924 Died 06 Nov 1951 of pulmonary tuberculosis, after 4 years illness Burial 09 Nov 1951 in Green Hill Cemetery, Frankfort, KY Place of death: Ky. State Hospital, Danville, KY, where he had been a patient for 4 years White male, single, no occupation. Born 01 Jan 1922, age 29 (but he is listed on the 1920 US census with his parents, siblings, as a newborn, so I suspect his actual year of birth to have been 1920). Father's name unknown (but I know him to be the William Kaze listed above, mother's name Lucy Ellis (so perhaps she has remarried?). Informant: hospital records Funeral Director: Harrod Brothers, Frankfort, KY There were two other siblings that I am aware of, but have not yet located their death certificates, so do not know where they were buried. James W. Kays (born 18 Jan 1918, died 03 Dec 1984, both in Franklin Co, KY). He is NOT buried in the Frankfort Cemetery. Louise "Lou" R. Kaze (born 18 Jun 1915, Franklin Co, KY) - I have no information for her beyond her appearance with the family in the 1920 US census, in Franklin Co, Ky. My regards to you and Ann Lee Holder for the work you are doing documenting this cemetery. Do you have easy access to Ancestry.com? Is there anything that I can look up for you?
