Forgot to mention: -- Kentucky did not mandate reporting of births until 1911, so it may be hard to find further proof of a birth date for somebody born in 1903. -- Frankfort, Franklin Count, KY is the current and historical state capital. They have an excellent organization there, the Kentucky Historical Society.
