Thanks Linda, It appears the item offered was a mistake....or at least the pricing was a bit high. There was something about the auction that wasn't right. I believe this to be the same "History of Franklin County, Ky" that has been sold on Ebay prior in a disc version costing much less. It can still be found as I just saw a listing not too long ago. I purchased a copy for myself about a year ago. These CDs being sold are actually just copies from the book that you can view on your computer. My version says it was originally published in 1912 by the Roberts Co. Printers, Frankfort, KY. I didn't bother checking, but I have a feeling this version is also my this Johnson fella, or whoever that person was.
