Andy and Rosa's first child, Arminta was born in 1899 and their second was born in 1901. I think they may have the date of my mother's mother whose name was Cathalina Lena Newsom, death confused with that of Catherine (or Katherine) Hall Newsom as she supposedly died in 1917 or 1918. It would be nice to know as I do not have the exact death date for my grandmother, Cathalina or her place of burial either. Ancestry.com, family tree by Denise Newman Stapleton, says that Cathalina is buried on Greenbury Hall Cemetery, Frasures Creek, Floyd Co. Frasure's Creek is near McDowell, off 122. The cemetery is about 3 miles up. Many other trees on ancestry also state the same cemetery, no sources given for any of them.
