I have been to that area searching for cemeteries and found a couple where the Ratliffs are buried. I am related to the Ratliffs and Osbornes of Eastern, Floyd Co., KY. Do you know any on in the area actively researching the Ratliff, or Osborne families? I would like to contact them.
