He married Pauline Bradley. Amos is in the 1930 Floyd Ky census as being age 6, the son of Ed Vaughan and Sarah Ann Holbrook. The 1920 Floyd census lists siblings of Amos: Mary 15, Pearl 12, Ann 8, Elder 6, Jake 6, and Alice 7/12. The 1900 Floyd census of Gabriel Vaughan & Sarah Ann Holbrook: Gabriel 68, Sarah 54, James22, Edward 19, Alice 17, Alexander 12, Charles 10. Per 1850 Floyd census, Gabriel is the son of John P. Vaughan 1805-1856, and Catharine Evans. I am not connected to this family, so this is all info I found. Hope it helps you out.
