There is a small booklet by Henry P. Scalf and it is called Voices of Old Men. Henry Scalf did this in 1965. It is written about William Patrick Vaughan in North Carolina and married Fair-a-Bee-Lunah. From there, the Vaughans pioneered to Arkansas and Kentucky and some on to Oklahoma. And then many descendants are listed in Kentucky Ancestors Quarterly Autumn 2011. This is not my line, but it is interesting. Good Luck!
