Franklin born 18 JAN 1778 in Albemarle, Virginia. He married Millicent Martin and they lived in Johnson Co Kentucky. He died March 30, 1853 in Paintsville, Johnson, Kentucky. I have seen his parents listed as Abraham "Ole Abe" Franklin 1753 and Lucille Vaughan 1755 d/o Patrick. If anyone has any connection to this line of Franklins please share whatever information you have. I'm stuck....
