Marriage Bonds: "Bond dated 13 Feb. 1826 by JAMES HALE and JOHN HALE for a marriage shortly to be had between JAMES HALE and Jane Sanders. February 7, 1826 - Wm. Jacob Mayo, Clark of Floyd County. Please to give JAMES HALE licens to marry my daughter Jane Sanders abd oblidge your friend. (S) Jacob Sanders. JAMES HALE to Jane Sanders, on Feb. 3, 1826."
