Hi Herb, Martha was born in 1860 and so that would make Henry's age close to hers. It sure sound like my Henry. Only one thing doesn't fit. Martha claimed to be a widow in Virginia in 1907. But maybe she didn't want to say she was divorced again. How can I find Henry's death date to send for it? Thanks for the information. Henry H. Halcomb bn 1867...In 1910 he is married to Mary...with a marriage date of 1896...In 1930 he is married to Nellie...marriage date of 1919.. In the 1910 census he indicates that he has been married twice..and that his first marriage occured at age 21..which would could fit for a marriage to Martha... He indicated that he was born in Ky....Surely looks like your Henry... Mary bn 1877 in West Va. is his second wife..and in 1919 he married Nellie...who was born in 1902 in North Carolina..
