I am trying to make a connection with Elizabeth Newman, who married (m. 01 Jun 1921) Freeman Nelson Tackett, to my Siltania Newman that listed her mother as (Liz) Elizabeth Newman on her death certificate (Siltania died 05 April 1914, years earlier). No Buried June 6, 1960 in Newman Cemetery, Hi Hat, KY Funeral Director: Hall Brothers, Martin, KY I contacted the funeral home and they said there is an obituary in the Floyd County Times, but because it said she had no surviving children, so they didn't copy it for me. However, if my theory is right and Siltania is her daughter, she would have been her only child. I'm curious as to what the rest of the obit said.
