I think we're probably related to each other thru your grandmom Parthina Sloan; I know I've seen the name while doing genealogical research. (My dad's grandmom was a Slone/Sloan. We have a family tradition of using the name 'Francis' as a first name, even if it's used for a girl. After reading your posts, I wonder if it indicates a family surname...)
