My dad was Floyd Blackburn. Henry lived in Texas for years and his wife passed away a few years ago. Before she passed he visited with his Uncle Bill Blackburn. He also visited my brother Floyd Jr who also lives in Texas. I'm sorry but no-one has been able to reach him since his wife passed. Are you a relative?
