JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON TERESA SHACKELFORD FROM THE MIDDLETOWN (OH) JOURNAL 7/3/09 Teresa A. Boyd Shackelford, age 55, of Middletown, OH passed away July 1, 2009 at Atrium Medical Center. She was born July 29, 1953 in Floyd County, KY to Bill and Avonelle (Waddles) Boyd. She was a LPN at Nursing Homes for 26 years. Teresa was a member of Town Blvd. Church of God and Poasttown First Church of God. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Teresa is survived by her parents, Bill and Nell Boyd; sister, Cindy (Darryl) Weaver; nephew, Tyler Weaver; niece, Taryn N. Ignacio. A Memorial Service will be held July 3, 2009 at Poasttown First Church of God at 10:00 AM with Jerry Minor officiating. Memorial contributions may be sent to Poasttown First Church of God Building Fund, 6376 Middletown-Germantown Road, Middletown, OH 45042.
