It has to be the same Harlin because I just read the post about prison and he was in prison for quite some time for shooting someone I don't know who he shot or why but if anyone has Harlin's ancestry email me. bradmullins007@att.net I see they were in Mingo West Virginia as best I can tell prior to the 1900's.
