Porter Mother: Bunicey Lee Second question follows from this census record: I received a copy of 1850 Census for Floyd County, KY which shows: James Hager 50 Susannah 43 Catherine 25 Sarah 17 George 16 ( Note I do not have a George, wonder if it is a cousin. I have a George W. Hager b.abt 1833, son of John J. Hager a cousin who may have been living in this household at that time. He m. Julia Ann Gideon) But this MIGHT be one of the extra boys in the 1840 census. Looking to receive Civil War papers to see if parents names are given. (They did NOT.) Lydia 14 twin to Daniel David 14 This is supposed to MY Daniel Morgan Hager Richard 8 Amanda 7 I do not show Amanda or Daniel at all. Daniel 4 Daniel shows up on another census w/ someone else - so he may have been a cousin or grandson IF George 16 above turns out to be a son. Am looking for more information on this George Hager as well as Daniel and Amanda. I am looking for confirmation that this is the ONLY m. of this James Hager b. 1800. As I said in the Floyd archives there are two marriages for *A* Jas. Hager, one to Susannah Porter and one to a Sarah Sally Porter.
