His name is Byron Prater, which is in his 30s now.Hes fom Floyd county. His father is Ronald Prater and brother is Chris Prater. They had a horse ranch in Floyd . I think it was called Prater Branch where they lived, not sure though. I cant seem to find any way to contact him or where they live.
