Wells page 182-183. Moses Preston, an old Revolutionary Soldier and citizen of this county, made oath to the following statement. That he is in extremly reduced and indigent cercumstances and that he stands in particular need of the aid and subsistence of his country, and that the Court is fully satisfied that the said Preston has rendered the service to his country in the manner as stated in his original statement. The same is ordered certified to the proper department for the purpose of procuring said Preston a pension.
