He died about 9 Jul 1938 in Johnson Co, Ky and was buried on 10 Jul 1938 in family cem, Van Lear, Ky.. Esau Honeycutt married Margaret Webb on 3 Jun 1880 in Johnson Co, Ky. death certificate has date of death as July 9 (with an 8 written over the nine) New record for Honeycutt family, on't know where to put him yet. ;new finding; the Esau Honeycutt buried in Scott County, Va. is not the same Esau Their Children were: Valentine Honeycutt was born on 30 Oct 1881 in Johnson Co, Ky.
