William H Clay and Delara Gahart married on July 10, 1899 at the home of Robert Henry. Consent was given by Delara's stepfather who at that time was married to Amanda Watkins. This is where we think she is related. My Mom is the only surviving Watkins and she always said Clays were linked to the family. It gives Delara's age 18. Her death certificate gives her birth date as 5/22/1880. Amanda Watkins married Robert Henry on May 20, 1892 in Greenup County. She was listed as a widow. Hopefully we can find out who the father is I think they were married in 1880 either Carter or Floyd county. Thanks for your help. Judy
