I have talked to surviving relatives but most do not remember their father, stating they were pretty young when Willie passed. His oldest ancestor was Jesse Hall, born circa 1795 in Scott Co., Va. and married Nancy Elliot 8/4/1819. She was born 1804 in Russell Co., Va. They had 10 children, including son Lilburn Henderson Hall, born 3.2.1828, probably in Floyd Co., Ky. Lilburn married Amy Justice 11/19/1849 in Floyd Co. and they had 4 children. Apparently Amy died cir5ca 1855 and on 7/30/1957 he married Mary Jane Watson in Floyd Co. and they had 9 children, including son Jonathon Hall. Jonathon was born 7/17/1875 in Floyd Co. and in 1896 married Sarah C. (Sally) Hamilton. She was born 12/30/1875 in Pike Co., Ky. They had 11 children, including your Willie Hall. Willie was born 1902 in Floyd Co.and got married circa 1935-36. Although some, researchers say his wife was Stella Osborne, born 1/24/1917 in Floyd Co. , the census' say she went by the name Florence. I am not related to this family. Bob Eddings. All I could immediately find was the 1940 census that lists: Willie Hall, first grade education, age 28, lives on Highway 122 (Floyd County), laborer Stella Hall, 4th grade eduction, age 23 children:  Alene, Glenn, Irene, Earnest, Caroll the household next to them is a Jeff Thacket with wife and one child Although I've found Stella Osborne listed in other Hall family trees, they do not show her as married to anyone.  Do you have proof of their marriage that would show something more about him? Surviving are sons, Jeremy Lemaster and Travis Henderson, both of Chillicothe, OH; the love of his life and soulmate, Kim Scarberry, with whom he lived; grandchildren, Alexis Devore, of Columbus, Ohio and Andrew and Darren Tackett, of Kentucky; sisters, Barbara Scarberry, of Byesville, OHIO and Betty Scarberry, of Bourneville, OH; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by a daughter, Crystal Denise Scarberry-Anderson; paternal grandparents, George and Ida Scarberry; and maternal grandparents, Dolly and Henry Collins. Richard was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved telling jokes. He lived life to the fullest. He will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him.
