I descend from John Johnson who married Elizabeth Yates on 1806 in Caroline Virginia. They came to Fayette County Kentucky and lived their lives there. Evelina Johnson, one of their \children who was married to George Washington Coons in Fayette County Kentucky in 1831. John Johnson was the son of Aquilla Johnson and Mildred Durrett.
