Hello All. I'm a new subscriber searching for information on the birth and parents of my gggrandfather, James Madison DAVENPORT. He was born about 1826 and I believe it was in Fayette County. There is a Mary Davenport listed in the 1830 and 1840 census that may be his mother but I know of no way of finding out. Can anyone help? Earl Pantier
