Samuel LOGAN (1770-1814) md Phebe RICHARDS in Mason Co in 1799; however, he sometimes said he was fom Bourbon Co and other times he listed Fayette Co. He was the eldest of a family 12, 9 girls and 3 boys. Two sisters married HIGGINS, probably brothers.
