Hi all! I'm now and seemingly forever looking for information about Robert MONTGOMERY, father of Lorenzo Dow Montgomery. Lorenzo Dow Montgomery, my great-grandfather, was born in 1823 in Fayette CO, KY. His father, Robert, signed for his marriage to Mary GUYN in 1843 in Woodford CO, KY. (One possibility is the Robert Montgomery who married a Polly Bucknall on May 17, 1797 in Lincoln CO, KY.) I'm hoping someone will have information about any Robert Montgomery in Fayette CO or nearby ca. 1820. I have the descendants of Lorenzo Dow and Mary Guyn Montgomery listed on my website.
