Hi A. J. That's my grandson's initials too! (Andrew James) He's a sweetheart also. Thanks for your response to my posting. I have looked and looked for the marriage record of John Price and Sarah Bourne. I have seen it reported that it is in Frederick Co., VA but I can't find it. Do you happen to know where it is located or if there even is one? Suspect your Abner was related to Andrew Bourn who left a will in 1790 in Culpeper Co., VA. He doesn't name him so was he a grandson or possibly a nephew? It is Andrew's daughter, Sarah, who is believed to have married John Price. Wasn't aware that the Haydon family was connected to the Bournes. Were they married while in VA or after they got to KY? Do you know what year your Bourn family migrated to KY and did they go directly to Fayette County? I would also be interested if you know if any of the descendants of John Price and Sarah Bourn ever kept in contact through the years. I would love to find some of their descendants.
