I didn't notice that the old subject line was for Beard & Daly, so I'm resending this under the right names. Dear Pat, I checked all of my books and couldn't find anyone with the names you mentioned. I did find an H.P. Perrins (who is listed as a principal of the commercial department at "the Academy") and a Dr. Lewis Perrine (who married Elizabeth Hinde, daughter of Dr. John W. Hinde, on Nov. 7, 1838). There were some Forbes listed (a Captain and a James), but that's about it. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Roxanne
