Lot 39 Part N1/2 I don't know if this is your Thomas or not; you can call the cemetery and they the records. They will be able to tell you who was on the certificate as his spouse. Also, Central Kentucky Library has the death records on microfilm now up to 1954 so you can any of these. Mary
