Christen, The time frame is pretty close; however, the Elizabeth CARTER I am looking for md Andrew RICHARDS, 27 Feb 1810, in Champaign Co, OH. His family were in northern KY a few years before, so I'm guessing that hers most likely were too. Almost all of the early settlers in Champaign Co were in KY for a while before they went to OH, it seems. Many of them had been in Greenbrier Co., VA(now WV) prior to that. Thanks for your reply.
