I want to sincerely thank the listers who responded with the address and phone number for St. Paul's Church in Lexington! The church where my grandfather, James William O'NEAL, was married (in Chicago) told me that he was baptized at St. Paul's. I knew that he was born in Lexington, however, when I wrote to obtain a birth record I was told that the records didn't go back that far - 1896. This will be a BIG breakthrough if I can obtain the baptism record as it should have the names of his parents on there. The only thing I know is that they, too, were born in Kentucky.
