Hello. I looked through the Fayette Co archives and didn't find anyone researching this name, but maybe someone lurking is interested. On eBay they are selling an 1851 envelope to a Thomas E. Quiesenberry in Lexington from an I. F. M. Millard (?) in Carlisle. There's no letter, just the envelope. I'm not connected to the auction in anyway - I'm just a genealogy geek who thinks it would be cool to have something like this involving an ancestor.
