And you must write down all of the resources you use on a paper they give you, especially in the book area. They will give you a locker to use to store your purse, coat, etc. in. If you are going to ask them for any court records, they keep those in another area and it may take a while to get them, so go early in the day so that you have plenty of time. Diane
