Since my original post, I have found some circumstantial evidence to indicate Mary Riley's second marriage was to Andrew Cadwalader, who subsequently died in 1883, in Lexington. He is buried at the Lexington Cemetery and probably was the brother of George Cadwalader, whose wife was Mary Ellen (both also buried there). (The Peyton man could *possibly* have been from Fayette, but he might have been from Anderson, Franklin, Jessamine, or Woodford Counties.) Presumably the Peyton man died or divorced between 1870 and 1880. The second marriage would have been between 1870 and 1880 to a man named Cadwalader/Cadwallader/Cadwallander.
