Tanya, You wouldn't happen to have a Rose Anne Berryman married to a Richard Taliaferro would you. Don't have any exact dates or places to go with them but best estimates would put them between 1685-1765 give or take a decade. Hi Sandy! Just wanted to send a link to you that might prove to be interesting: http://www.ngsgenealogy.org/library/content/ama_info.html It's a link to the National Genealogical Society's page of information about their Deceased American Physician's Records. It looks like your Dr SIMPSON might fit into the time frame of their information. I stumbled upon the service a while ago while seeking information about my ancestor Solomon Slayback HOAGLAND, who was a doctor who died in 1833 in the Cholera epidemic in Lexington. Unfortunately, that's a too early for this site to be helpful to me... Hope this helps, Christine in Chicago ccullen wrote: > > Hi folks, > > Just one family in Fayette County - Rev. MOTHERSHEAD/MOTHERHEAD family - *any* spelling :) Don't believe my direct line came through Fayette, but do believe his siblings/cousins did.
BELLWOOD ELDRIDGE (ALDRICH) GARRETT My g-grandmother claimed that her maiden name was Bellwood. She married young (Eldridge), but her husband died shortly after. She ended up living with the Garretts when she was 16. I know that at least one of the Garret children was her half-brother. The 1900 census shows the following: George Garrett Ella Garrett Fannie Garrett (my g-grandmother) Permenus Garrett Daniel Garrett Willie Garrett Roxie Garrett Rosa Garrett Narvy shows up in 1910. That is the Garrett that I know is her half-brother. Narvy Garrett
