Judy: You can buy Daviess Co. order book #D from the West KY Family Research Association and it is also available in many libraries. WKYFRA was dislocated by the Jan 3 Owensboro tornado but I understand their inventory survived. I think their mailing address is PO Box 1932, Owensboro, KY 42301. Someone will correct me if I am wrong. The book sells for about $12. There is a somewhat outdated list of all WKY books at http://members.aol.com/sammcpub/cat2ky.htm The family records books put out annually by the WKYFRA are also great.
