Looked for relatives and re-questioned them. I found that if you don't say you are researching family history, they can talk all day about the family. If you say family history than they clam up. She moved to Davies County, KY when she married. She and her husband, name unknown, had the following children: John BALSER Robert BALSER Jamey Cenus BALSER Does anyone have any information on these people who lived in Owensboro, KY during the early 1900's?
