Does this help: Momen Smeathers married Stella Lott on May 16, 1912 at Maceo, Daviess County Kentucky. Surety by H Ernest Lott. Bond Book 21, page 594 I do not have any other information in front of me. However there may well be more on the microfilm or the Marriage Bond, which you may obtain from the Court House. In my marriage extractions, I do not find the name of "Stella Smeathers" but that doesn't mean it isn't listed and I missed it.
