I am looking for information on the Philip THOMPSON family in Daviess Co. to ca. 1850.He was married to Sally Moseley and I believe was a lawyer in Mercer and then Daviess Co. Philip was killed by a Mr. Jefford in 1836. The book "History of Daviess Co. does not mention Philip and was written mostly about the County after 1850. Are there any microfilmed newspapers from this time? Does anyone know other sources that I could use? Faye Blacklock cnfb@flash.net
