I have no dates or off-spring for the man you mention but do have an Augustine Cissell/Cecil as a son of Lewis Cessill, born Abt 1818 and Anna Marie Mattingly. I have nothing on Anna Marie and have heard that she was not a Mattingly at all. I'm still looking at that. Lewis Cissell was a son of Bernard Cissell and Monica Payne. Lewis had at least one brother named Joseph, born 1792 that married Mary Manning. I have the following children for Lewis and Anna Marie: Ann Mahala married Leo Moore; Joseph; Sarah married Stephen Theodore Moore; Bernard; Isabelle; Augustine; Cecilia; Martina; Gabriel; Elizabeth Philomena; Mary Jane; Victoria Ferdinanda; Mary Ann; and Mary Jane.
