Greetings everyone, Many of you are aware that a group of calibrators are in process of enlisting a French genealogist to do some work on the Jarboe Line prior to the immigrant, Lt. Col John Jarboe's arrival in the colonies. Our researcher, Mr. Olivier Marsaudon has asked if we know the name the ship that he arrived on, the date of arrival, it's port of entry, and the port of departure. One of his expertise is in Maritime history. If anyone could help with addressing these questions it would be most helpful. I understand that the first record of John Jarboe was found in York, Va now Elizabethtown, VA. I have no date or documentation of this and would appreciate assistance. I have seen some dates of 1639 & 1641 but, have no proofs. Sure do need some clarification and ask for your assistance. With regards, Randy Dunavan Longview, Texas
